Seedlip Imbibing Without Booze

Using techniques he borrowed from a 17th-century book about non-alcoholic distilling (“The Art of Distillation,” 1651), Branson created Seedlip, a distilled zero-proof spirit using all-natural botanicals without artificial colorings, flavorings, or, for that matter, calories.
In this box you’ll find Seedlip Spice 94 — an aromatic blend distilled from six botanicals: Jamaican allspice berries, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, cardamom, American oak bark and Cascarilla bark. INGREDIENTS
2oz Seedlip Spice 94
Top with Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale
METHOD
Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Seedlip Spice 94
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Manuka Honey
Hot Water
METHOD
Build the Seedlip, lemon juice and honey; top with hot water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Panoma
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Seedlip Spice 94
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit 1/2 oz
Fresh Lime1/2 oz
Simple Syrup
Fever-Tree Soda Water
METHOD
Combine all ingredients (except soda) in a shaker. Shake. Strain over ice in a Highball glass. Top with soda water. Stir.
